I understand the first few Mythic Titans were buggy. One of my alliance mates had a hard time accessing the event to be able to even play it. Then there was the fact that everyone within the various loot tiers literally got the same loot instead of randomized loot.
Those are all correctible problems. I love the actual event of the Mythic Titan itself.
I love the global counter. I think this is the only thing currently in the game where, in a sense, it's a globally collaborative effort to pile up as much damage as possible. Yes, individual players and alliances are competing against each other for prizes, but again, what other aspect of the game is a globally collaborative effort like the Mythic Titan?
I do wish there were something everyone could earn if the global counter reaches certain milestones. Maybe now that we've gone through one cycle through all the elements and all the different abilities, they can institute it knowing what the players can accomplish globally for each Mythic Titan—Jormungandr numbers were way down because of the resistance to any kind of defense ailments.
I really like the fact that all seven columns hit the Mythic Titan. Yes, it stings when the weak spot is on the sides because it's hard to get a stun on the edges, even with Tornadoes, Hurricanes, and Scrolls of Alteration. But that means every good tile inflicts big damage. I wish this element could be incorporated in the regular titan hunts somehow; maybe change it up for Rare Titans so that those can get hit across all seven columns.
That first hit where I use my best team to try to get top 1% is some of the most fun two and a half minutes I have every month in this game.
